The Great Humberto

The Great Humberto is a TV program airing on Mondays, at least, specifically on the night that the Durlsey's go to the hut on the rock on the sea in HP1C3: The Letters From No One.

Guessing based on the title, that this TV show might be about a wizard that is pretending to be a muggle and doing "magic" on TV for muggle entertainment. Could be a squib? No evidence to support this theory, as far as I know....
