Gloomy looking hotel on the outskirts of a big city. The Dursley's stop here while fleeing the Letters. Dudley and Harry share a room with twin beds and damp, musty sheets. They stay in room 17, not on the ground floor.
They eat stale cornflakes and cold tinned tomatoes on toast for breakfast the next day.
About a hundred Letters arrive at the Hotel for Harry.
