Little Whinging, Surrey
- The home of Vernon Dursley and Petunia Dursley, and their son Dudley Dursley. With Petunia's nephew, Harry Potter, that was left on the front step at midnight, beginning of 2 November, 1981.

- Ten years ago, there had been lots pictures of what looked like a large pink beach ball wearing different colored bonnets
- now the photographs showed a large blond boy riding his first bicycle, on a carousel/roundabout at the fair, playing a computer game with his father, being hugged and kissed by his mother.
